### Brazos Midstream Advances Permian Gas Processing and Gathering Infrastructure

In a significant move to address the growing demand for natural gas processing in the Permian Basin, Brazos Midstream has completed construction of a state-of-the-art grassroot natural gas processing plant and is nearing the end of its associated new-build gas-gathering infrastructure. This expansion is part of the company’s ongoing operational buildout in the Midland Basin, a region critically vital for the nation’s energy production.

#### Key Developments

As of August 15, Brazos Midstream reached a key milestone by achieving mechanical completion on its new 200-MMcfd Sundance I cryogenic gas processing plant in Martin County, Texas. The plant is slated to go into commercial operation in October 2024 and marks a major step in enhancing the company’s processing capabilities in the region.

In parallel, Brazos Midstream has entered the final stages of construction on approximately 175 miles of high-pressure gas-gathering pipelines and associated midstream infrastructure. This new build will span across the core counties of the Midland Basin, including Ector, Howard, Martin, Midland, Glasscock, and Reagan. Upon completion and commissioning, the infrastructure will bolster the company’s gas-gathering network to about 260 miles with 10 compressor stations in the Midland Basin.

#### Future Plans

To further meet the anticipated production growth in the region, Brazos Midstream has announced plans to build a second cryogenic gas plant in the same area. This plant, with a processing capacity of 300 MMcfd, is expected to start operations by the end of 2025. The addition will significantly boost Brazos Midstream’s overall processing capability in the Midland Basin to 500 MMcfd, ensuring it can accommodate increasing customer demand for reliable gas processing services.
