Tamboran begins Beetaloo sub-basin drilling campaign

### Tamboran Launches Pioneering Drilling Campaign in Beetaloo Sub-Basin

Tamboran (B2) Pty. Ltd. recently initiated a landmark drilling campaign in the Beetaloo Sub-Basin, Northern Territory, Australia. This initiative marks a significant milestone for the company as it seeks to unlock the vast gas reserves in the region.

#### Inaugural Drilling Activity

The drilling campaign began with the spudding of the Shenandoah South 2H (SS2H) horizontal well in exploration permit 98 (EP98). This well is being drilled using the state-of-the-art Helmerich & Payne (H&P) super-spec FlexRig, which is renowned for its efficiency and reliability. The SS2H well will have a horizontal section of approximately 3,000 meters, targeting the Amungee Member B-shale at an estimated depth of 3,020 meters.

#### Comprehensive Drilling Strategy

Following the completion of the SS2H well, Tamboran will immediately commence drilling the Shenandoah South 3H (SS3H) well from the same well pad. Both wells are expected to be drilled in a span of 30 days each, indicating a well-orchestrated approach to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

#### Advanced Stimulation Techniques

The drilling program also involves the deployment of Liberty Energy’s frac fleet, which is being mobilized from the United States to Australia. This Liberty Energy fleet is equipped to enhance the stimulation intensity, enabling the completion of up to 60 stages per day. The advanced stimulation techniques are aimed at optimizing gas flows and significantly increasing the deliverability of the Mid Velkerri B Shale over longer lateral sections.

#### Expected Outcomes

The initial flow test results for both wells are anticipated in early 2025. Once the flow testing is complete, the wells will be suspended as future producers to supply the proposed 40
