All staff of OTS Offshore Trading & Services came together for a 3-day, 2-night Team Building trip to Da Lat, from July 31 to August 2, 2026, under the theme “Connecting Our Journey – Moving Forward Together.”
Connecting Through Team Challenges
One of the highlights of the trip was the Team Building program, featuring games that called for coordination, quick thinking, and teamwork among colleagues.
Each challenge required not only individual effort but also close cooperation across the whole team. Working together to solve problems, support one another, and reach a shared goal created an atmosphere full of energy and connection.
Through these activities, team members had the chance to get to know one another better, sharing and collaborating in ways that go beyond the everyday work environment.
Da Lat – A Journey of Memorable Moments
Alongside the team building activities, the trip also included time to explore and enjoy the city of Da Lat.
Traveling, sightseeing, sharing meals, and simply talking together brought a different kind of experience — one far removed from the daily work routine. It was also a chance for team members to have more conversations, share lighthearted moments, and create memories outside of work.
Gala Dinner – Looking Back, Moving Forward
The highlight of the trip was the Gala Dinner, where the whole OTS team came together to reflect on the value of working side by side.

During the program, OTS leadership shared thoughts on the spirit of unity, partnership, and shared growth for the future — values that are essential to building a strong, lasting team.

Alongside the leadership’s remarks, the evening also featured interactive games with exciting prizes, birthday celebrations for staff born in July, and performances shared between team members.
The atmosphere grew warmer and more lively as everyone joined in, shared the moment, and simply enjoyed the time together.
Connecting Our Journey – Moving Forward Together
A trip may end after a few days, but the experiences and connections built along the way continue to travel with the team into the road ahead.
For OTS, “Connecting Our Journey – Moving Forward Together” is more than just the theme of Team Building 2026 — it reflects a spirit of standing together, sharing together, and working toward future growth together.
